If you would like shipping outside of these areas, please contact us at email@example.com before placing any orders so we can evaluate if it is feasible.
Current Special Promotion:
Starting September 4, 2022 and for an undefined period of time: Free shipping on all orders.
Shipping for orders up to $49.99 will be charged $3.
Shipping for orders $50 and over is free.
Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery generally takes about 7 to 15 working days after shipping. Depending on the products and shipping destination, this timeline can vary.

Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy or encounter any issues with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. Please read carefully the instructions below.
We strongly recommend you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and how to make it right.
Please note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return or reporting an issue will not be accepted.
Cancel an order
You can cancel and get a full refund for any order that has not been processed by the warehouse.
We do not offer exchanges at this moment. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have received, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing product/part

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, except in the cases listed above (Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing product/part) which need to be reported within 5 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will let you know if it is accepted or not. If accepted, you will be refunded on your original payment method or you will receive a store credit depending on what you selected during your request.
Refunds can be processed on your original payment method or as a store credit.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. A store credit is issued as soon as the refund is approved and valid for 12 months.
Shipping costs from the order will not be refunded.
